Full Plate Living



Full Plate Living is an eight week program that teaches you how to eat more fiber. The whole premise is that we aren't eating enough fiber foods to fill us up so we are always hungry, but for the wrong foods! You can't get fat on the right kind of fiber.

There are Full Plate Living classes in homes, churches, schools, wherever there is a willing teacher. You can locate one by going to www.fullplateliving.org or following them on Facebook.
